Amanda has managed her own allied health clinics and lectured in Masters-level Clinical Exercise Physiology, where she guided the growth of future clinicians. Jess supports people of all ages to improve strength, mobility, and independence through movement that’s backed by evidence and built for real life. He brings a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology and experience across neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, including work with spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, and brain injury. Alec’s background in group training and personal coaching gives him a strong ability to adapt exercise to each person’s goals and abilities. With his warm communication and practical approach, Alec helps clients feel supported, motivated, and capable of reaching their potential in daily life.
Brodie works alongside our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists to support clients with disability, chronic conditions, and healthy ageing. He assists with both land-based and hydrotherapy sessions, and co-facilitates our Functional Movement Series to boost strength, coordination, and everyday skills. With his approachable style and clear communication, Brodie helps clients feel safe, seen, and supported on their movement journey.
